Shipping & Payment
Penny Bricks currently offers the following payment methods: Apple Pay, PayPal, SOFORT transfer, Giropay, all credit cards, and manual bank transfer via invoice (advance payment). All current payment methods are listed on our website.
Orders are shipped via Deutsche Post or DHL. More information is available on our shipping page.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday within 48-72 hours of order placement. Please note that individual brick orders are not 'normal' packages but require additional time for searching, weighing, counting, and packing. Despite this, we offer faster shipping compared to other options. We'll send you a separate email confirming shipment. For larger orders, tracking information is guaranteed. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within approximately 1-3 business days via Deutsche Post or DHL.
Your Penny Bricks are packaged in our special Penny Bricks pouches, which are reusable for storing bricks. When packing, we carefully sort bricks by type—basic bricks in one pouch, plants in another. With brick packs, each pack typically gets its own pouch. So whether you like to sort your bricks or prefer them loose, you'll be happy.
Questions About Bricks & Colours
Penny Bricks are fully and technically compatible with bricks from other manufacturers, especially those from the market leader. In many cases, Penny Bricks even have superior clamping force compared to other manufacturers' bricks.
Penny Bricks is committed to offering the best price-to-quality ratio to all building brick enthusiasts and therefore deliberately operates in the low-price segment. This philosophy was central to our founding—enabling customers to buy more building bricks at the same price or even less.
Penny Bricks offers a dark gray shade as an alternative to the standard dark bluish gray from other manufacturers. We also offer a sandier sand color compared to the standard tan. Aside from these two colors, all other Penny Bricks colors are compatible with standard colors.
